CeramicPro Home & Lifestyle coatings are engineered to protect your interiors from stains, moisture, UV discoloration, and daily wear.

Warranty begins on the date of registration and applies only to services installed by Certified CeramicPro Home Installers.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

CeramicPro warranties that coated surfaces will remain protected against:

Permanent staining caused by common household contaminants

UV fading or discoloration

Surface dulling due to environmental exposure

Product failure when used under normal household conditions

If performance issues occur while you’ve followed the maintenance instructions, CeramicPro will inspect, clean, repair, and reapply the coating on affected areas at no cost.

2. SERVICE-SPECIFIC WARRANTY TERMS

Physical cuts, scratches, heat damage, abrasive cleaning, installation on unstable surfaces, or accidental impact.

Deep dye transfer (e.g., jeans on white leather), chemical spills, sharp-object cuts, burns, tears, or stains left sitting for long periods.

Stains from liquids left untouched, harsh chemical spills, bleaching, burns, or tears.

3. GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

Warranty applies only to the coated surfaces mentioned on your invoice.

Reapplication, repair, or touch-up must be performed only by certified CeramicPro technicians after claim approval.

Warranty can be transferred to the next homeowner if they continue the recommended maintenance.

Warranty covers coating performance, not the underlying material quality.

4. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Damage from Misuse or Negligence

Scratches, abrasions, dents, cracks, impacts, burns, chemical etching, hard water scale buildup, pressure washing indoor surfaces, using bleach, acids, degreasers, abrasive pads.

Environmental or Structural Issues

Water leakage, seepage, moisture intrusion from walls or ceilings, mold, mildew, efflorescence, changes in building structure, settlement cracks, or renovation damage.

Pre-Existing Defects

Stains, cracks, or discoloration present before coating, weak or unstable material surfaces (unsealed stone, damaged leather, etc.).

Uncoated Areas

Any area not coated during installation is not covered.

5. INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Annual Schedule

Scheduled once every 12 months

Comprehensive Check

Cleaning review, surface health check, hydrophobicity test, and maintenance top-up

Missing Inspection

Adjusts warranty to a 1-year default from the last completed service

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Follow these guidelines to maintain surface protection, preserve performance, and ensure the longevity of your Ceramic Pro coating.

Daily Care

  • Wipe spills immediately to prevent staining
  • Use soft microfiber cloths only
  • Avoid abrasive tools or aggressive scrubbing

Approved Cleaning Products

  • Use pH-neutral cleaners exclusively
  • Avoid bleach, acidic descalers, and harsh bathroom cleaners
  • Do not use steel scrubbers or abrasive pads

Kitchens & Countertops

  • Do not cut directly on coated surfaces
  • Clean turmeric, masala, vinegar, lemon juice, or oil spills immediately
  • Avoid placing extremely hot cookware directly on stone

Leather & Fabric Surfaces

  • Clean leather every 2–4 weeks using gentle products
  • Avoid sharp objects, dye transfer, and prolonged spills
  • For fabrics, blot spills immediately

Glass & Mirrors

  • Hydrophobic properties reduce spotting but do not eliminate hard-water stains
  • Wipe glass surfaces weekly
  • Use a squeegee after showering in bathrooms

Initial Curing Period (7–14 Days)

  • The coating continues to strengthen during this period
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, heavy scrubbing, or standing water
  • Minimise heavy use on coated surfaces
